Job Description

This multi-functional role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and operational support across both the Winners Circle Desk and the hotel's front desk reception. The role ensures seamless guest interactions, loyalty programme facilitation, check-in/check-out processes, and service coordination to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

Grade 12

  • Knowledge of Winners Circle and Opera systems advantageous
  • Working shifts (incl weekends and public holidays)
Main Responsibilites
  • Deliver a seamless and exceptional guest experience by managing both Winners Circle Desk and hotel reception operations.
  • Ensure efficient loyalty programme facilitation, accurate guest data management, and digital engagement.
  • Act as a brand ambassador on the gaming floor, resolving queries and complaints promptly while maintaining compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee hotel check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision, ensuring smooth financial transactions and accurate billing.
  • Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to guarantee room readiness and uphold safety and security protocols.
  • Support events and promotions, provide accurate property information, and capture guest feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
