• Sociable, able to build trusted relationships and offer personalized service to guests
• Efficient, skilled at managing priorities and optimizing guest satisfaction
• Passionate about wine and spirits, mastering the art of oenology and eager to share your knowledge

• Welcome, advise and serve guests while providing a warm and personalized experience
• Sell and serve a fine selection of wines by the glass or bottle, as well as premium spirits, tailored to guests' preferences
• Organize and host wine and spirits events such as tastings or discovery workshops
• Contribute to managing the Resort's economic and qualitative performance in your area
• Develop additional sales opportunities and help optimize your department's results

• Ensure service quality and compliance with ClubMed hygiene and safety standards at all times
