ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will provide bespoke travel support to guests and trade partners before, during, and after travel-ensuring a smooth, personalised, and stress-free safari experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Deliver high-touch concierge support to international guests & agents
- Manage itineraries, bookings, and travel logistics across Africa
- Communicate clearly with lodges, suppliers & internal teams
- Proactively resolve guest travel issues with professionalism
- Promote and support safari experiences
- Provide 7-day operational guest support where required
- Experience in travel consultancy, lodge operations or concierge services
- Strong knowledge of Southern African destinations (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Calm, detail-oriented and solutions-driven personality
- Willingness to learn systems such as Tourplan/NX & WETU
