We are looking for an experienced General/Senior Foreman with 15 years in commercial and residential construction to oversee daily site operations, manage teams and subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and to quality standards. Strong leadership, site supervision, and construction knowledge are essential.

• Supervise daily on-site operations.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and materials.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.
• Enforce health and safety regulations.
• Report progress to project management.
• 15 years proven experience as a General Foreman/Senior Foreman.
• NQF6 advantageous.
• Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
• MBA advantageous.
• Must reside in the Western Cape.

• Solid experience in both commercial and residential construction.
• Experience in structural, wet trades and finishing.
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
• Ability to manage teams, timelines, and quality standards.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site safety.
