• Basic general skills in maintenance, repairs, keys handling
• Gardening/landscaping/cleaning and supervision of security work 24/7 at the campus
• Experience in basic plumbing and electrical repairs will be an added advantage
• Manage risks and threats on site
• Infrastructure inspection knowledge and ability to work additional hours and during weekends at the college events as and when requested
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A valid driver's license will be added advantage

• Supervision and inspection of buildings, fence, doors and all the maintenance needs
• Locking and unlocking of offices/classrooms/workshops/laboratories
• Safe keeping of keys
• Distribution and allocation of keys
• Facilitate basic repairs of buildings, broken windows, doors, leaks, ablution facilities, ceilings etc.
• Cleaning of campus facilities
• Gardening
• Sweeping
• Daily verification and analysis of Security Occurrence Book
• Completion of status report for management reporting
• Perform any other duty delegated by the Supervisor
• Flexibility in performing the above duties and responsibilities
• Report risks and threats timely to Management
• Weekly and monthly reporting of status of the college site
• Ability to meet set timelines
