Fundi Capital is inviting suitably qualified South African graduates to apply for its YES4Youth Internship Programme 2026.

This 12 month internship programme, offered in partnership with the YES4Youth Programme Business Initiative, is designed to provide young graduates with practical workplace experience in a professional business environment.

• Participate in the 12 month YES4Youth Internship Programme
• Gain practical workplace experience within assigned departments
• Support daily departmental operations and business activities
• Assist with administration, reporting, communication, and workplace tasks
• Learn and apply professional workplace standards and procedures
• Build industry knowledge and practical workplace skills
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders
• Complete assigned duties accurately and on time
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Notes: Depending on the selected internship field, duties may include finance support, IT support, marketing assistance, HR administration, customer service, data capturing, or call centre related tasks.
