Job description

Financial and Administrative Clerk To qualify for this position, you need:
  • Relevant Diploma / N4 / equivalent experience
  • Working experience on Pastel (or similar), Outlook, MS Office especially Excel, payroll systems, Accounting knowledge to Balance Sheet
  • Language : Fluent in English
  • Attention to detail and cost allocations
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Daily and Monthly processing of transactions
  • Daily Job costing and reports Requesting client/supplier information for tax/vat deadlines
  • Assistance with day-to-day administration for finance department
  • Filing and Scanning of all documents
  • Drafting of expense claims
  • Summarizing of client information on Excel
  • Processing Quotes and Invoices
  • Follow up with clients and suppliers re outstanding Tax Invoices
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Reporting to: CFO / Accounting Office

Remuneration:Negotiable based on experience
