The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the culinary identity of this exclusive coastal property, working closely with leadership to elevate food offerings and create memorable dining moments for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus showcasing local and sustainable produce
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a small, passionate kitchen team
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to create exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, taste, and consistency
- Manage budgets, food costs, and supplier relationships with precision
- Represent the property as a culinary ambassador, engaging with guests and media when required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or boutique lodge
- Strong creative flair with a passion for modern culinary trends and wellness-inspired dining
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for elevating culinary standards and guest experiences
