Key Responsibilities- Lead and train kitchen team while maintaining high standards
- Design and implement creative, seasonal menus
- Ensure exceptional food presentation and guest satisfaction
- Maintain strict hygiene, stock control, and kitchen systems
- Oversee bush banqueting, picnics, and unique dining experiences
- Manage food orders, costing, and waste control
- Collaborate with lodge management and suppliers
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar senior role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative ability
- Passion for innovative, high quality cuisine
- Knowledge of stock control and food costing systems
- Strong communication skills with guests and staff
