This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in a high performance environment and is driven to deliver outstanding guest dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train kitchen team while maintaining high standards
  • Design and implement creative, seasonal menus
  • Ensure exceptional food presentation and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain strict hygiene, stock control, and kitchen systems
  • Oversee bush banqueting, picnics, and unique dining experiences
  • Manage food orders, costing, and waste control
  • Collaborate with lodge management and suppliers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar senior role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative ability
  • Passion for innovative, high quality cuisine
  • Knowledge of stock control and food costing systems
  • Strong communication skills with guests and staff
