Summary
You will support the day to day management of our portfolio tracking and help coordinate the quarterly collection of performance data from portfolio companies. This role involves processing financial updates and KPIs to assist in the preparation of high level reports for executives. You will play a key part in ensuring our data remains organized and our reporting cycles are executed with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and has some prior exposure to the investment or venture capital landscape. You should be highly proficient in Excel and Google Suite, with a natural ability to organize and interpret financial information. Professional level English communication skills are required, along with a disciplined approach to managing confidential data within a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end to end management of portfolio tracking software

  • Reach out to founders on a quarterly basis, gathering financial information and KPIs

  • Analyse and interpret financial statements and financial updates

  • Produce executive reports of overall portfolio performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

  • Previous experience in Venture Capital or Investing is highly recommended

  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
