Job Description

Location: Isando - Johannesburg, ZA, 1600

Your areas of responsibility
  • Provide active support for Kaizen events and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating digital performance dashboards.
  • Assist with data analysis to track trends, measure the effectiveness of improvement projects.
  • Collaborate closely with departments like IT, quality, and production to align technical deliverables with broader business objectives.
  • Assist in compilation of technical reports and update work instructions.
Qualifications we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles.
  • Problem Solving and Presentation Skills.
  • Technical Report writing.
  • Proficiency in Ms Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint essential.
