Job Description
A leading online retail business is seeking a detail-oriented, commercially driven eCommerce Merchandiser to optimise the online customer journey and drive digital sales growth across multiple online stores in the beauty, lifestyle and consumer products sectors.
You will be responsible for managing online product presentation, merchandising, promotions, stock visibility, SEO implementation, reporting and overall website content to ensure an exceptional customer experience and improved conversion rates. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, digital merchandising expertise, and attention to detail.
The role offers exposure to multiple online brands and an opportunity to grow within a fast paced digital commerce environment focused on innovation, customer experience and online retail excellence.
Minimum Requirements- 1-2 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising or a similar digital retail role
- Experience working with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
- Strong Excel and Google Analytics capability
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital merchandising best practices
- Exposure to luxury retail, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer products advantageous
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
