Downstream QC & Packaging Operator (FMCG)

Fill in QC-related checklists every 30 minutes and every hour. Ensure that the correct order for the day is packed - have to check for local/export. Works at straw machine to ensure always filled and attaching straws to cartons.

• Fill in QC-related checklists every 30 minutes and every hour.
• Ensure that the correct order for the day is packed - have to check for local/export.
• Works at straw machine to ensure always filled and attaching straws to cartons.
• Ensure the multipacker correctly clusters 6 pack products, ensures the multipacker clusters sleeves and that the sleeves are correctly shrink wrapped.
• Finally check the robot to ensure that the shrink wrapped sleeves are packed on pallet.
• Inspect equipment for mechanical malfunction and report problems. Perform safety and loss control.
• Works as relief when Filler Operator goes for break.

• Matric.
• Experience working in FMCG factory.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and EHS standards.
