A well-established industrial solutions business is seeking a commercially driven Packaging Specialist to develop and grow B2B accounts across manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution sectors. This consultative sales role focuses on demonstrating cost-saving packaging solutions. You will be a strong new business hunter with experience managing long-cycle industrial sales processes and opening new accounts within factory and operational environments. Travel across Gauteng and surrounding provinces as required Minimum Requirements
  • 3-10 years' external B2B sales experience within industrial environments
  • Proven success in cold prospecting and new business development
  • Experience selling into factories, warehouses, logistics, or manufacturing operations
  • Exposure to consultative, solution-based sales processes
  • Experience within packaging, plastics, industrial consumables, logistics packaging, warehousing equipment, palletising systems, or protective packaging is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to operate independently
