Role Overview

Reporting to the Manager, Data Processing, the Document Processing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of monthly job processing and fulfilment activities for multiple clients. The role ensures all deliverables meet established internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and client-specific specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end monthly production cycles in accordance with defined SLAs
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of output
  • Provide internal and external stakeholders with production updates, progress reports, and status communication
  • Manage and respond to incoming queries related to production and fulfilment
  • Configure and optimize document processing tools to meet client requirements
  • Monitor automated processing workflows and resolve issues related to statement and document generation
  • Review work orders to determine job specifications and operational requirements
  • Liaise with the implementation team and provide input on new client implementations and enhancement projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of implementations and change requests, with full documentation captured in the CRM system
  • Respond to Level 1 support cases and maintain updates in internal tracking tools
  • Escalate unresolved or critical issues in line with defined escalation procedures

Education and Technical Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in a project-based environment
  • Experience with document processing and delivery is an asset
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
  • Experience working in client-server environments
  • Proficient with Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working with XML data
  • Experience managing or manipulating data using MS Excel, MS Access, and MS SQL Server is advantageous
  • Experience with photo editing software is beneficial
Working Conditions
  • Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
  • Fully remote role, with working hours aligned to the Eastern Time zone
