Introduction

Clicks Centurion DC is on the hunt for an exceptional Dispatch Clerks ( 3 X day and 3X nightshift) .We are seeking detail-oriented, organised, and reliable Admin Clerks to support our Dispatch and Delivery operations. These positions will focus on GIT control, FarEye compliance, local store processing, cross-border documentation, scanner control, and failed delivery management.Each clerk will be assigned specific focus areas but may rotate or assist across functions depending on operational needs.

  • Manage and monitor GITs (6300, 2500, 2600, 2700, 1300 & 1400).
  • Follow up with stores on overdue or un-captured GITs and escape where required.
  • Monitor GITs in conjunction with FarEye throughout the day.
  • Ensure stores capturing deliveries comply with FarEye requirements.
  • Manage scanner allocation, ensure scanners are charged, tracked, and returned.
  • Check scanning accuracy and print store documentation for handover to CAP (10:00-15:00) and (19:00-23:00).
  • Complete green log sheets for all local stores.
  • Double-check CAP Far eye Scanning and paperwork for all local stores picked that day.
  • Work with scanners and consolidators until all local store work is finalised.
  • Double-checking CAP Scanning and paperwork for second trips and cross-docks.
  • Verify trucks added to FarEye and track routing compliance using live tracker (dynamic).
  • Perform hourly shunter report checks (dynamic).
  • Handover CAP stores at night.
  • Update scanner control on Teams and link scanners to truck registrations according to FarEye planning.
  • Assist with loading stores on scanners.
  • Final GIT reporting, rollover checks, and RD management.
  • Ensure LM exceptions are accurately processed on FarEye.
  • Identify stores delivered but not captured; report to Night Shift Supervisor
  • Load stores to Qwix for the remainder of the shift.Complete 5 stores QC checks (seal-by-seal) per shift.

Education:

•Essential: Matric / Grade 12

•Desirable: Certificate in Logistics, Administration, or Supply Chain

Experience:

•1-2 years administrative experience in a DC, warehouse, or logistics environment

•Experience with scanning processes, GITs, dispatch documentation, or routing systems

•Familiarity with FarEye, WMS, or scanner systems (advantageous)

Technical Skills:

•Understanding of GIT processes, invoice flow, and delivery compliance

•Ability to work with scanning equipment and routing/dispatching systems
