Remote Recruitment is looking for an accurate and reliable Data Capture Clerk to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Accurately capture and input data from various sources into designated systems and databases

• Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner

• Maintain and update records in accordance with company data management standards

• Organise and file digital documents and source materials systematically

• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information

• Meet daily and weekly data capture targets as set by the team lead

• Communicate any issues or anomalies in the data to the relevant supervisor

• Previous experience in a data capture, data entry, or administrative role advantageous

• Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Ability to work methodically and maintain accuracy under volume

• Good written English communication skills

• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable using online databases and data management platforms

• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup

• Laptop or desktop computer with reliable performance

• Stable high speed internet connection

• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions

• Backup power solution (UPS or generator) recommended
