A rapidly expanding international customer experience company is looking for a fluent Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team.
This opportunity is ideal for a service-driven professional who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences from the comfort of home.
What Youll Be Doing- Provide professional and friendly support to Dutch-speaking customers across multiple channels
- Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, product information, refunds, and account support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience
- Respond to customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social platforms
- Ensure all customer records and case notes are updated accurately
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Identify recurring customer issues and contribute ideas for service improvements
- Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism in every interaction
- Meet individual quality standards and productivity goals
- Fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, retail, or contact centre environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Confident using online systems, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup
Flexible rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Netherlands time)
Weekend availability required on a rotational basis
