Customer Service Advisor - Back Office
Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a Back Office Customer Service Advisor for an internationally innovative campaign based in our Cape Town office. The base salary is R7500 with an additional R1000 campaign allowance.
Qualifications- Minimum of 8 months call centre experience or back office experience (essential)
- Passed Grade 12 (essential)
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Flexibility to work US business hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Self motivated, highly responsible and service oriented
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite
- Prior experience with payments, finance or back office operations is an advantage
- Basic salary of R7500

- Collect and analyse key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authority
- Assist customers with the client's procedures
- Approve withdrawals where documents are satisfactory
- Communicate with other departments about pending issues related to customer identification or withdrawals
- Collaborate with team/shift leaders and other departments
- Ensure appropriate and confidential handling and sharing of sensitive information
- Ensure compliance with all AML laws and regulations
