Your Role- Support customers through live chat and digital communication channels
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-driven customer service
- Assist customers with queries while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally
- Follow internal procedures and elevate concerns where necessary
- Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction levels
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a contact centre environment
- Strong live chat support experience is essential
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working rotational UK shifts between 09:00 and 24:00
