Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management. Demonstrated experience in optimizing production operations, improving efficiency, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
