Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Apps Consulting Pre Sales professionals, providing continuous coaching and support across the opportunity proposal lifecycle (from deal qualification through proposal submission and delivery handover)
- Create alignment within the team by establishing a common approach and governance, setting quality standards for implementation proposal development
- Lead prioritisation and resource assignment to secure the right pre sales coverage for strategic and complex deals
- Ensure delivery of high-quality RFI/RFP responses, translating customer needs into a credible and differentiated implementation approach
- Work alongside the delivery organization to oversee development of robust implementation plans and effort/resource estimates, duly capturing dependencies and risks to ensure proposals are set for delivery success
- Partner with Consulting Sales and SaaS team to align commercial positioning (services scope, inclusions/exclusions, inputs to cost simulation) and support negotiation readiness
- Build and maintain a central repository of Consulting Pre Sales collateral, templates and reusable assets; capture lessons learned to improve win rate, quality and cycle time
Profile:
Strong people leadership capabilities, with a track record of performance drive and execution
Significant experience in driving SaaS implementation pre sales activities, including RFP responses and workshops
Proven ability to shape implementation scope and approach, and to oversee effort estimation and resourcing models
Strong stakeholder management skills; able to influence Consulting Sales, SaaS team and Delivery COE to deliver a unified proposal
Strategic and commercial mindset; able to articulate Oracle's Consulting value proposition
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging customer stakeholders and internal leadership
