We are looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator in Newlands, to support our sales function by screening leads and scheduling qualified meetings.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in driving business development efforts. You will be the first point of contact for new leads, ensuring they are properly qualified and seamlessly handed over to the Sales team. If you enjoy building rapport and asking insightful questions, you'll excel in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead Screening & Qualification
  • Contact inbound and outbound leads to assess interest and fit.
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine suitability.
  • Capture lead information accurately in the CRM.
Appointment Setting & Follow Ups
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the Sales team.
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships as needed.
  • Ensure smooth transition of leads to the appropriate sales representative.
CRM & Lead Tracking
  • Maintain detailed, up-to-date records of all interactions.
  • Provide insights on lead quality and patterns to sales and marketing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes.
Competencies Required
  • Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
  • 1-3 years' experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive, with the ability to make effective outbound calls.
  • Skilled at asking probing questions to qualify leads accurately.
  • CRM experience advantageous.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
