Eastern Cape , Kirkwood / Sunday River Valley Area

Kirkwood/Addo Area - Eastern Cape: The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a large development of citrus, including but not limited to installing irrigation, implementing new programs, planting trees, spray and fertiliser programs, managing all labour and measurement of efficiency on the farm, and much more.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric exemption, further qualifications such as an Agricultural degree would be beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3 years' previous experience with citrus farming
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be self-motivated and a good organiser of tasks and people
  • Must be bi-lingual (Afrikaans and/or English as one of the languages)
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong management skills
  • Proven mechanical and maintenance experience essential
  • Valid RSA driver's license
