We are partnering with a high-growth, globally recognised online sportsbook and casino to appoint a commercially driven Casino Manager to join their expanding Cape Town team.

This is a hybrid opportunity (4 days in-office), ideal for an experienced casino professional with a strong understanding of casino product, supplier management, and performance optimisation within regulated iGaming environments.

What You Will Do

As Casino Manager, you will take ownership of casino product performance, driving commercial outcomes across games, suppliers, and player experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and optimise relationships with casino game suppliers, negotiating commercial terms and maximising value
  • Own performance across assigned brands and markets, aligning stakeholders to deliver commercial targets
  • Analyse game performance, player behaviour, and market trends to shape content and product strategy
  • Drive product optimisation through game selection, positioning, and configuration (bet limits, UX, promotions)
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to deliver effective campaigns and player engagement strategies
  • Support product and delivery teams with new game launches and supplier integrations
  • Work closely with VIP and account management teams to enhance high-value player experiences
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends to maintain market competitiveness
  • Partner with compliance teams to ensure all casino operations meet regulatory requirements
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth and new opportunities

This role requires strong commercial thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to operate cross-functionally in a dynamic, regulated environment.

We are looking for a commercially focused Casino Manager with strong experience across online gaming and product performance.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience managing online casino products within regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of casino content, suppliers, and game performance metrics
  • Experience in product optimisation, configuration, and commercial performance management
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across product, CRM, marketing, and external partners
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and player engagement
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Highly desirable:

  • Experience working across multi-market casino environments
  • Exposure to VIP player management strategies
  • Experience in fast-scaling iGaming or sportsbook businesses
