Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 months call centre experience / Back-office (essential)
  • Passed Grade 12 (essential)
  • Clear Credit and Criminal Record
  • Flexibility to work shifts aligned to United States business hours, including nights and weekends
  • Excellent knowledge of English, verbal and written communication
  • Self motivated and highly responsible
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Service orientation with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office or Google Suite
  • Previously dealing with payments, finance, or back office operations is an advantage

What you will do in this role
  • Collect and analyse key information in accordance with the regulations of the competent auditing authority
  • Help customers with the client's procedure
  • Approve withdrawals as far as the documents are concerned
  • Communicate with other departments, following pending issues related to the customer's identification or withdrawal
  • Collaborate with team/shift leader and colleagues from various departments
  • Ensure appropriate and confidential handling/sharing of sensitive information
  • Ensure compliance with all AML laws and regulations
