Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the client service centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing front desk and reception services to clients
  • Assisting walk in customers with queries and directing them accordingly
  • Handling policy administration, claims, and premium related tasks
  • Managing cash transactions, including collections and refunds
  • Preparing daily banking and financial records
  • Communicating processes, delays, and system updates to clients
  • Referring potential new business opportunities to consultants
  • Handling customer complaints and identifying possible fraud cases
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports
  • Performing general office and administrative duties

To qualify for this AVBOB vacancy, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric certificate)
  • FAIS accreditation (Category B - Long Term Insurance credits)
  • Compliance with FAIS "Fit and Proper" requirements

Additional FAIS requirements may apply depending on your experience and entry date into the financial services industry.
