This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of the client service centre.
Key Responsibilities- Providing front desk and reception services to clients
- Assisting walk in customers with queries and directing them accordingly
- Handling policy administration, claims, and premium related tasks
- Managing cash transactions, including collections and refunds
- Preparing daily banking and financial records
- Communicating processes, delays, and system updates to clients
- Referring potential new business opportunities to consultants
- Handling customer complaints and identifying possible fraud cases
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Performing general office and administrative duties
To qualify for this AVBOB vacancy, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric certificate)
- FAIS accreditation (Category B - Long Term Insurance credits)
- Compliance with FAIS "Fit and Proper" requirements
