Customer Service Agent (US Market Support) - Durban, KZN (Umhlanga Ridge Office-Based)
Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Agents to join our dynamic team based in Umhlanga Ridge, Durban. This is an exciting opportunity to support an international (US-based) customer base in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer experience (CX) role (written & verbal support)
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar (email/chat support)
- Neutral accent with clear, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work night shifts aligned to US business hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Shift 1: Monday - Friday 23:00 - 06:00 South African Time
- Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday 14:00 - 23:00 South African Time
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone
- Assist customers with:
- Service-related queries
- Billing enquiries
- Account sign-ups and onboarding
- Product-related support
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Accurately log and manage customer interactions
- Stable, office-based role in a professional environment
