What is the job about?

Apply technical and customer insights to identify, sell and provide customers with highly value-adding service and after-sales solutions. Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Listen to customers and identify how Grundfos value proposition supports their business needs.
  • Proactively identify new sales leads and drive the aftermarket sales process for specific customers, markets, products, or industry and achieve agreed targets.
  • Keep updated on market trends and competition. Select service products, prepare and present quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing on standard projects. Follow up on sales from quotation to getting the order. Plan and register all activities.
  • Handover clean orders to Service Team / coordinators to execute the order.
  • Follow up on renewal of contracts.
  • Ensure regular meetings with customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with ASCs, ASPs, Sales & Service team for Aftermarket sales offerings.
  • Arrange health check activities with key accounts.
  • Work closely with sales colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with Service Specialists on on-site troubleshooting and assist with training when necessary.
  • Carry out risk assessment before on-site visits. Generate leads for Service Sales Offerings.
  • Be responsible, customer centric, effective and ethical in every approach.
Your Background:
  • Master's Degree, bachelor's degree with or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience driving developed processes within the service environment.
  • Ability to lead processes or projects.
  • Ability to lead a business process within the service environment.
  • Most likely to have 8+ years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in the service environment.
  • Strong ability to influence others.
  • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the service environment.
