Job Description

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in an office environment will be beneficial
  • Excellent planning and preparation skills
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Managing maintenance of office facilities and equipment
The Office Administrator will perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
  • Welcome and receive visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, etc.
  • Manage and update TSU Training Solutions Facebook page.
  • Respond to and action all Facebook enquiries.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, including but not limited to the QMS, customer, and service provider files.
  • Manage credit card expense vouchers, petty cash, as well as vehicle log sheets, and fleet card expenses.
  • Manage and order stationery and other office supplies as needed.
  • Assist with the purchasing of general office supplies, including coffee, tea, etc.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Other such duties as may be required from time to time.
Remuneration:

Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
