Job Description
Minimum requirements: 
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer Literate
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in an office environment will be beneficial
- Excellent planning and preparation skills
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Managing maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Welcome and receive visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents, etc.
- Manage and update TSU Training Solutions Facebook page.
- Respond to and action all Facebook enquiries.
- Maintain and update filing systems, including but not limited to the QMS, customer, and service provider files.
- Manage credit card expense vouchers, petty cash, as well as vehicle log sheets, and fleet card expenses.
- Manage and order stationery and other office supplies as needed.
- Assist with the purchasing of general office supplies, including coffee, tea, etc.
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
- Other such duties as may be required from time to time.
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
