Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Accounting advantageous)
  • Office administration course is advantageous
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Code 8 license with own transport (Monday to Friday in office)
Responsibilities
  • Taking telephonic orders from customers
  • General admin duties
  • Relief reception
  • Filing of documents
  • Petty cash
  • Basic creditors reconciliations
  • Reconcile slips from drivers with bank statements
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements and Competencies
  • Minimum Grade 12 (or tertiary qualification an advantage)
  • Hands on experience operating spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in English (and Afrikaans)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and presentable appearance
  • Good attendance record
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
