Specialist: Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

  • To support the team in achieving all Product, Process and System Quality targets (as per the Target Management Process).
  • Actively respond to internal/external customer requirements.
  • Attend daily audit feedback sessions and filter information back to team.
  • Identify quality non-conformances, evaluate and put measures in place to improve the product quality according to specifications, considering cost and volume implications for production.
  • Initiate and manage the Problem management Process.
  • Initiates and leads quality projects and quality related project teams as required or identified.
  • Decides on execution and is accountable for effective introduction and sustainability of above-mentioned projects.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 Years Professional experience in the field of production/quality/press part evaluation, planning and realization of technical facilities and experience in manufacturing/assembly of sheet metal environment.
  • Analytical ability.
  • PC skills and Microsoft software.
  • Planning and coordination skills.
  • Cross cultural experience in dealing with all levels of people.
