An exciting opportunity for an experienced Draughtsman to support engineering and production teams through detailed 2D/3D design, technical documentation, and system integration. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong CAD expertise with a practical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Requirements- 5-8 years' experience in a CAD and technical drawing environment
- Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software
- Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts
- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system integration
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of relevant standards (SABS, ISO, IEC, CE, OHS)
- Strong attention to detail with solid documentation and version control skills
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, production, and support teams
- Experience with Creo Parametric and Capital X Panel Designer (advantageous)
