x2 Skills Development Administrator I
Job Description
We are looking to recruit x2 Skills Development Administrator I to implement skills development administration in line with QMS, group policies and relevant legislation in order to deliver the WSP/ATR and BBBEE requirements in line with the transformation agenda.
- To collate, check and consolidate inputs for the WSP and ATR submission in line with business and SETA requirements.
- To submit applications for pivotal programmes and funding to the relevant SETAs in line with business objectives in order to maximise tax and skills rebates.
- To monitor, track and report progress of learners on funded and pivotal programmes in line with business and SETA requirements.
- To collect, check, consolidate and submit information for the skills development element of the BBBEE scorecard on time, in full, and in line with policies, procedures and requirements.
- To monitor, track and report progress against BBBEE scorecard in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- To collect, check, consolidate and submit bursary and study assistance information on time, in full, and in line with policies, procedures and requirements.
- To liaise with the learning delivery and HR teams to co-ordinate applications for study assistance in line with business objectives.
- To comply with learning quality assurance guidelines, standard, group policies and regulatory requirements in order to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
