• Assist with daily route planning and load scheduling
• Capture and update transport trip information
• Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries, delays, and incidents
• Prepare transport documents such as delivery notes, trip sheets, invoices
• Monitor fleet utilisation and operational performance
• Support transport compliance processes
• Escalate customer complaints and safety risks
• Provide administrative support within the logistics department

• Diploma in Transport Management
• Basic computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
• Strong data capturing skills
