- Employed Driver / Code 8 light vehicle and express delivery - ZAR 5,500-9,000 per month
- Employed Driver / Code 10 freight and bulk parcel delivery - ZAR 9,000-13,500 per month
- Franchise Owner Driver - earnings vary based on parcel volumes, route allocation, and franchise agreement terms; estimated ZAR 10,000-22,000+ per month gross depending on route performance

- No tertiary qualification required for employed driver roles

- 1-3 years of verified driving experience in the relevant licence class preferred
- Prior experience in express courier, parcel delivery, or time sensitive logistics advantageous
- Familiarity with handheld scanning devices, electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) systems, and waybill management is an advantage
- A clean, unendorsed driving record is required for all positions and franchise applications
- Sound knowledge of local routes, GPS navigation tools, and South African road traffic regulations
- Ability to handle time sensitive parcels, documents, and packages safely during loading, offloading, and transit
- Ability to complete waybills, delivery manifests, customs documentation, and customer sign offs accurately
- Proficiency with smartphones and Skynet's driver app for real time parcel tracking, scanning, and delivery confirmation
- Professional and courteous customer facing manner for both business and residential deliveries
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise express and priority shipments within daily route schedules
- Self motivated and able to manage a daily delivery route independently, particularly for franchise owner driver roles
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet strict delivery windows and SLA targets consistently
- Updated CV detailing your driving experience, vehicle types operated, and any express courier, parcel, or logistics delivery background
- Certified copies of your Driver's Licence and PDP
- Certified copy of your South African ID document
