A Warehouse Picker & Packer at Cashbuild ensures that building materials, hardware, and related products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched to stores and customers across the country.

• Pick stock orders from warehouse shelves and yard areas.
• Pack materials securely for dispatch.
• Label and sort stock.
• Maintain warehouse standards and meet daily dispatch targets.

• Grade 10 minimum (Grade 12 preferred).
• No prior work experience required; physically fit, reliable, target-driven.
• Basic numerical skills for stock counting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Salary: ZAR 4,500-7,500 per month (ZAR 54,000-90,000 per year).
• Performance bonuses: ZAR 1,000-3,000 per year.
• Overtime: 1.5x rate (ZAR 500-1,500 per month).
