Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional Waiter to join a luxury wilderness reserve in Clanwilliam. This role is ideal for a guest-focused individual who delivers exceptional service in a high end hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and personalised service to guests in all dining areas.
  • Set up and maintain dining areas to luxury standards.
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury lodge, hotel, or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and guest oriented.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
