Position Details
As a Bartender/Mixologist, you’ll craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and ensure a clean, organized bar environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a flair for mixology.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday evenings
Key Responsibilities
• You will be the life of the party at our hotel bar, creating innovative and delicious cocktails that delight our guests.
• Your daily tasks will include mixing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service
• Take orders, promote the outlet’s specialties and serve in accordance to the established standards
• Operating a point of sale register to include cash transactions and provide excellent customer service
• Preparing and cooking food in the kitchen
• Be helpful towards guests that need assistance
Education & Experience
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
• A combination of education and experience
Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications, such as bartender certification.

Position Details
Cafeteria Worker
This position performs duties related to the operation of the cash register or point of sale (POS) system; stocks condiments and supplies throughout the shift. Portions and assembles meals for customers in a timely, tactful and professional manner and cleans up cafeteria work station after each meal.
Dispenses food for patient meals and activities.
Maintains assigned department areas in clean, neat and sanitary manner.
Ensures that dish room area is cleaned, sanitized and correct procedures are followed for cleaning dishes.
Transports and stores food and supplies to maintain the food's quality.
Contributes to the productivity and cost effectiveness of the department.
Maintains safety and sanitation standards of department to ensure quality food.
Support Food and Nutrition Services by providing clerical duties.
HS Diploma or GED is required.
Previous experience working with POS (point-of-sale) systems in high volume situations preferred. Basic knowledge of proper portion sizes, as well as knowledge and application of loss prevention measures preferred. Serv-safe certification preferred.
