Wait Staff

This is a full time, on site role based in the City of Johannesburg for Wait Staff. The wait staff will be responsible for delivering exceptional table service and creating a welcoming, attentive, and positive guest experience. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks efficiently, and ensuring tables are maintained to high cleanliness standards. The wait staff will understand the menu thoroughly, confidently answer guest questions, and make appropriate recommendations. Responsibilities include handling bills and payments accurately, coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining professionalism during busy service periods. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure are essential to ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
