About the RoleRemote Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organised Virtual Assistant to support our UK-based clients with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to build a remote career without prior experience in the field. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities- Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling for UK clients
- Handling data entry, document preparation, and file organisation
- Conducting basic online research and compiling reports
- Responding to client communications professionally and promptly
- Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and reminders
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking tools
- Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior experience required - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
