Operations Manager
Job Description
Location: Office Based - East London (Whitechapel)
The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring Islam21c operations, systems and service delivery processes run efficiently, consistently and to a high professional and regulatory standard.
This role ensures case services, Panel operations, documentation systems and internal workflows are structured, scalable and compliant with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Operational Systems and Process Management- Maintain SOPs, templates and operational frameworks
- Support implementation of new operational tools and systems
- Oversee operational readiness for Panel sessions and case delivery
- Coordinate operational workflows across case, admin and leadership teams
- Monitor service delivery standards and case throughput
- Support compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality and data protection standards
- Maintain audit ready operational and compliance documentation
- Support risk monitoring and mitigation processes
- Track operational KPIs and service delivery metrics
- Support preparation of operational reporting
- Identify risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Operations, service delivery or programme coordination experience
- Strong systems thinking and organisational capability
- Strong problem solving and decision making ability
- Experience in regulated, case or service delivery environments
- Experience working with CRM or case management systems
- Experience managing multi stakeholder workflows
- Highly structured and process driven
