CAPE JOY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Villa Operator for our luxury VILLA in CAPE TOWN. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of international luxury hospitality who values understated, authentic, and effortless service.

The successful candidate will know how to create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, ensuring guests feel truly at home. A keen eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a hands on leadership style are essential.

• Prior experience and degree in hospitality management, ideally as a Department Head (F&B, Guest Relations, or Housekeeping)
• Proven success in creating and operational systems
• High emotional intelligence with a proactive, solution oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and high quality Breakfast cooking skill and efficient across multiple departments
• Confident in delegation and supervision
• Fluent in English (Africans and any European language advantageous)
• Team player comfortable in a small, close knit team
• Willing to be hands on and take full ownership of the guest experience
• Live out accommodation
