Job Description

Our Client, a leader in the Retail and Wholesale Industry, seeks to employ an Admin Clerk to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all adjustments is validated for complianceand non-compliance, andescalated to the relevant Line Managers.
  • Ensurethat all systemerrors are cleared as directed by the Line Manager.
  • Follow up on all in-transit stockand escalate all SLA issues to the Line Manager.
  • Assist with the issuingof upliftment numbers when required.
  • Ensure adherence to administrative controls and audit requirements by the Stock Control department.
  • Ensure filing is completed timeously and efficiently.
  • Assist with the capturing of CHEP transactions when required.
  • Undertake any administrative tasks as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Grade 12 (Twelve) certificate.
  • At least 2 (Two) years of experience in a similar position.
  • MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of organisational procedures and policies.
  • WMS Knowledge.
  • Time Management and Planning tasks.
Package & Remuneration
