Job Title: Underground Security Manager
Location: Marikana Mine, Rustenburg
Division: Fidelity Security Services - Specialized Services

Job Purpose
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly disciplined Underground Security Manager to oversee and manage underground security operations at Marikana Mine in Rustenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational leadership, client liaison, compliance, manpower management, investigations, and the effective delivery of security services on site.
- Manage the full underground security operation on site
- Take responsibility for all firearms on site and ensure compliance
- Ensure all sites are covered according to client requirements and daily deployment plans
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients
- Maintain a good working relationship between Fidelity Security Services and the client
- Provide weekly deployment feedback to clients
- Arrange and coordinate special operations with clients
- Follow up on Section 12.1 documentation and ensure sign-off
