The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams. Experience in chatbot testing, Salesforce, and business analysis is highly desirable. Lo que traerás: Key Responsibilities User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead end to end UAT planning, execution, defect management, and reporting for in house and enterprise applications. Develop UAT strategies, test plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned to business requirements. Coordinate UAT activities and ensure readiness, coverage, and quality across multiple releases. Perform defect triage and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Provide clear reporting, highlighting risks, priorities, and mitigation strategies. Application Expertise & Adaptability Quickly learn and understand complex in house applications and technical environments. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for UAT processes and supported systems. Identify usability issues and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend improvements. Business Analysis Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Review BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications for clarity and testability. Conduct gap analysis and support requirement refinement. Document business processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Impacto que harás: Required 5+ years of hands-on experience in UAT, QA, or software testing roles. Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and Agile frameworks. Jira and Zephyr Scale experience is a must - including test management, defect tracking, workflow navigation, and reporting. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Ability to rapidly learn new applications, technologies, and complex business processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels. Chatbot & Salesforce Testing (Desirable) Perform functional and conversational testing for AI chatbots, including intent recognition and user flow accuracy. Test Salesforce features, customizations, workflows, and integrations for quality and performance.
