Transformation Analyst

A respected name in the manufacturing industry is looking for a meticulous, process-driven professional to join their Shared Services team. If you're experienced in B-BBEE scorecard tracking, Employment Equity reporting, WSP and transformation audits - and enjoy keeping data clean and compliance on track - this is a brilliant opportunity to plug into a national structure and drive meaningful reporting outcomes.

• A completed Financial/Accounting/ HR Degree
• At least 3 years' experience in B-BBEE, transformation (including verification), or equity reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for data accuracy
• Strong working knowledge of B-BBEE Codes, EE, and Skills Development legislation
• Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills

• Coordinating and consolidating B-BBEE scorecard data across business units
• Assisting with audit preparation and verification processes
• Supporting Employment Equity and Workplace Skills Plan submissions
• Ensuring accurate, up-to-date transformation records
• Providing data for internal dashboards and reports
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external verification partners
• Playing a key role in national EE committee coordination and CSI reporting
