Are You Someone Who Can: Understand key competitors, global trends, sector dynamics and key macro environmental forces to analyse Product/Sector-wide opportunities and challenges Understand the critical micro-environmental impacts and relationships i.e. client performance trends, financial data, debt profile, gearing, projected cash flows, operations to support differentiated funding solutions e.g.off-shore opportunities, acquisition and empowerment financing Understand and stay close to the needs, demands, perceptions and lending behaviours of clients to ensure successful deal support/enablement This includes undertaking research to enable targeted origination planning for potential clients and strategic partners Support the on-going monitoring of the deal which may include: covenant breaches and late payments Support solutioning approaches where considerations will include: client requirements, regulations, internal risk frameworks You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You: Preferably a CA (SA), CFA is advantageous At least 2/3 years' experience in a similar role, within Corporate Finance You Will Have Access To: Opportunities to network and collaborate Challenging Working Opportunities to innovate We Can Be a Match If You Are Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it Important Closing Date Note # Take note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 27/04/26All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
