Our Client, operating in the OEM Automotive Industry, is seeking to employ a Training Coordinator to their team based in Centurion, Gauteng. This is an awesome opportunity to work for a prominent role player in the automotive space. To secure - candidates must come from dealership environments, as they typically possess in-depth knowledge of sales processes, dealer operations, and customer engagement frameworks, all of which are highly relevant to this role.
Requirements:- Minimum 3 years' experience in the automotive industry.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Learning & Development, assessment, or curriculum development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Education.
- Postgraduate or professional certifications in Business Administration, Learning & Development, or Project Management are advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of training operations, curriculum development, and people management.
