We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented TrainingContent Designer to join our Learning & Development team. The successfulcandidate will support the design and development of engaging trainingmaterials that help contact center baes build the knowledge and skills requiredto deliver excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about learningdesign, content creation, and improving learner engagement.

• Design anddevelop training materials including PowerPoint presentations, learner guides,job aids, and facilitator guides
• Convertoperational processes and policies into clear, easy-to-understand trainingcontent
• Assist indeveloping onboarding, refresher, and upskilling training programs
• Createassessments, quizzes, and scenario-based learning activities
• Update andmaintain training materials when processes or systems change
• Collaborate withtrainers, QA teams, and operations to identify training needs

• Matric (Grade 12)- Essential
• Diploma orqualification in HR, Training & Development, Education, Communications, orInstructional Design - Advantageous
• Strong writing,content design, and attention to detail
• Proficiency inMicrosoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Communication andwriting skills
• Planning andorganization
• Stakeholdercollaboration
